So I'm gonna build this gaming PC that is around $400 and it can run BF4 on medium settings.

I dont need a optical drive since I already have one.

I would highly recommend n APU build as your budget is a bit low.

but if you really want a GPU, it's going to cost.

I also like how you said that you don't need an optical drive, yet in the build you had one. Just make sure it uses SATA connectors not IDE or EIDE.
