Do you think making 55k a year is a lot? I wanna know what people think of this salary as many degrees only pay this much (And that's making some degrees look good). But do you think you could live a happy and successful life with this income.
Income is USD!

I see 50k a year as a lifetime career kind of low. Its definitely livable, but I am shooting for something a little bit higher myself.

Let's be honest, It's quite a big amount of money if you're single. However, I think if you want to have a family and live a pretty comfortable life, I think that might fall a little short. It also depends where you live. For example, living in new york is not the same as living in texas.
Don't know if that makes sense.

Depends where you live, and if you single thats enough to live a normal life. Mind if i ask what job this is?

Seeing as I currently don't have a job, yes that's a lot of money in my opinion.

50k a year is like an average salary for most people who end up getting a bachelors degrees in something. And I wanna know what people just think about it. I am in high school and it's my last year. My parents are forcing me to go to college, even though my parents didn't go to college. But if I had a choice I wouldn't go to college. One reason because I wouldn't even be able afford the house I live in right now with 50k a year( my whole income would go to the mortgage) and another reason why I don't wanna go to college is because I don't want to be someone's bitch for the rest of my life. So I just want to know what other people think of this income.
