I'm pretty sure that you can only do rp recoveries so I'm guessing correct me if I'm wrong that if the hosted says rp lobby it is problem fake.

If someone is claiming to host lobbies without ANY PROOF it's 100% fake!
If you host real lobbies then you can provide proof

There are to many people on here just giving money away to scammers!
