Wont let me edit my game save

Me and a few buddies have been playing with a modded save for a while now. No one has been banned.

Bobster: What have you been doing to try to edit? Are you trying for PS3 or one of the others? PS3 is simple, you just have to follow the steps I put down a couple pages ago. If you are trying to mod your save if it's already been updated by the patch, then you need to remove all the game data from your ps3 and start fresh.

well this is kind of pointless for me. when i try to load payday up with my 1.03 patch save it wont let me. it trys to force me to make a new one which i wont.

i only wanted to give myself 100 extra skill points and nothing more. guess i can't do that now .

What steps did you take to edit your save?
You won't be able to run an update save through the editor. You would have to make a fresh save pre patch and add in your 100 skills points. You can also add in your masks and weapon mods if need be to make it the same as your current save

game wouldn't let me play with my current save offline. also i don't want to really make another save. i only wanted extra skill points.

Well yes you are SOL then. If you had of modified before the patch came out in December, you would have been fine.
