Seems like a connection issue. You have the internet connected to the back of both consoles?

I don't really do system links since I have lifetime.

Have you tryed reseting you modem or maybe try a another way to connect your jtag too you modem.

Also you can connect by puting an ethernet cable from your retail to your jtag.

Yeah i have internet connected to both consoles wired back to the same router

Id rather have it easier and not hassle with connecting them both together which is what i am doing as of now but i find it easier just setting up the game on my JTAG and staying on XBL on my retail and not hassle with switching the internet cables back and all & yes ive tryed all that & what is another way to connect my jtag to my modem?

Wireless adapter as that what i use.

Yeah works good iv never had an issue with useing it and thats on a 2-3 bar connection.

I had the exact same issue.
My RGH was wireless and retail was wired connected to my router.
To fix it in my case,I just changed it to wired on both consoles and worked first time and haven't had a issue since.
