It wouldn't be in anybodies interest to drop nukes. I hate when people think "oh they can just fly a bomber over *insert country here* and drop a nuke on them" like it's that simple. There are treaty, ally and environmental issues to take into account. So lets say Russia does go full retard and nukes Ukraine (Kiev, Crimea), do you really think they want to wait for the radiation to subside before their newly conquered land is livable in? Do you think they want to spend the millions of dollars to rebuild what they've destroyed? Not only that, but Russia has nothing against the innocent who reside in Ukraine and they sure as hell aren't going to nuke the people they want to lead. I mean seriously people, think about the why and not the they can.

From what I've read, it seems like Russia is just flexing it's muscles. If they really want to take over Ukraine, they wouldn't be denying all the claims with "It's an exercise"
This is just the tip of the ice berg here, there are soooo many reasons why Russia wouldn't do that. Don't even get me started on there being a possible WWIII either, that's just stupid.

America has warned Russia already. I think the US will step in, if things begin to escalate.

I don't think the US should step in at all. At the current moment, from what I have heard, our military population (like how many people is in the American military) is the lowest it's been in a long time.

I hope we don't get involved in this at all.

I think the US shouldn't get involved in external affairs as it uses our tax dollars and also with these budget cuts our army is smaller than it was before or after ww2 I think. But this is only the opinion of an American citizen. If Putin does invade that breaks a lot of UN laws which Putin should be held accountable for but Obama should let Europe challenge him on those laws rather than the US intervene

Yep its official, they are invading. Lets hope the Ukraine, U.S and Russia don't take this any further.

EDIT: I agree with you -Mashiro. Russia only wants to expand their territory, not destroy it. I don't think nukes will be involved, but nobody knows thus far.

I'm not sure if they're invading guys. Someone put up a update saying they were just watching out for any conflict, but I might take that back since Russia hoisted its own flag on a building over there.
