It could use some color, and maybe a different font.

I'll be honest, It's not really great. I strongly suggest you work on adding color, texture and even a better font to the logo in general. Right now it's kind of dead, and boring.

Please note, not saying that to offend you, but as constructive criticism. It's just your first logo, so you'll obviously get better over time. Would work a little more on that logo, though.

This does not really fit the perimeters of a 'good' logo. When looking at a logo you should be able to ask yourself a few questions and answer them.

Questions to ask:
-What does this logo represent?
-How does this logo relate to the company/organization?
-What does it mean?

If anyone here can not answer those questions you have failed to capture audience, which is not the goal of a logo. As this being your first you would have not known what i have told you, a lot of 'skilled' designers barley do. But you have to always think of the marketing behind a design for a logo.

Okay so this is a logo for Raz designs right, so you will need to symbolize Raz. With an R probably. i dont see no R in this just text saying what its for. try do another logo with an R for Raz so the logo actually has a relevant meaning

The main reason why I don't really like the logo is because it takes up way too much space if you know what I mean.

There is soo much of the logo, and not enough blank space.
