So When I load default_mp.xex for mw2 it loads the menu and it pops up saying the menu Is loaded but it repeats and it black screens the whole time and I've Tryed loading a different menu and it dose the same thing

Your TU is wrong,check it too make sure its the correct TU for your game region.

tu is wrongyou need to get the right one

Your TU is not on the newest one go to Freestyle dash download TU8 and be sure to set as active
