If you pay attention too the community nos cars were not in game till feb14 that letter date is feb6

No you will not be banned. Also their is no way Rockstar can detect nos cars on the social club site all as they will do is either tell people to disable custom cars during races to stop people from using nos or they will just enable it or disable it from the game.

More than half of the GTA V community has NOS cars, therefore banning people will lead to people not playing the game anymore.

Would you care to explain how they aren't able to detect NOS cars? Is there something special that is blocking them from looking through the games code and blacklisting any cars that has a modified NOS value?

Almost the whole entire community of GTA get banned and no one would play it, therefor the sales would go down.

its possible not likely there more concerned about the dns modding
