Like the title I'm planning on getting the strongest APu out there but I'm wounder ring will a video card work with it

The strongest APU is the Amd 7850K and yes later down the road you can grab a HD 7750 and crossfire it.

Yes, any GPU will work with it but I don't recommend crossfiring it, just get one strong GPU with it.

Of course it will, they are normal CPU's, just with better graphics hardware inside them. You can always a a low end card like the R7 250 and use them in dual graphics at a later date. It is the recommended setup directly from AMD.
