It doesn't. He made it clear that HE SOLD THE ORIGINAL. This means you can only do it once, plus keep the car you bought. THIS WILL NOT WORK AT FULL PRICE MORE THAN ONCE.

Any car you buy off the in game internet, you will be able to sell at 60% of full value. Any duplicated version will NOT be able to sell at full price.
