I thought that you can't host on GTA V right now, due to them having exploited consoles completely blocked from connecting to their servers. Is there a bypass to this out yet?

I believe there is. I was in a game today where a person was invincible, had a bounty, and when ever you hit them with a car it would be launched up very high.
