The most valuable thing in my house is my coin collection, not sure how much but it is worth a lot to me, My grandpa collected coins, and then passed them to me and I still collect to this day.

no it's an addition to your house. The sidewalk on the outside of a house is connected to it, so does that mean it's in your house?
