I'm pretty sure it comes out before Titanfall does. Its comes out on the 11th so sometime before then. I have the beta of the update and I truthfully don't know what it does. It has some fixes to make things easier to access.

The Xbox One March Update was slated to come out today, March 4th 2014.

It will begin rolling out tonight, not when Titanfall comes out. Titanfall comes out next Tuesday.
