I have a breif idea, But i just dont get this whole concept of RPH or stuff like this?

I wouldn't recommend buying one if you don't know how it works with plugins/etc.

A jtag or RGH is a modified console that allows you to run unassigned code on your xbox e.g mod menu, emulators ect.

You should NOT buy one until you have researched enough where you could feel confident in buying one and not messing it up

Well we've all got to learn someday, if you're interested in buying one and getting your head around all the details that go into running an RGH or a JTAG then have a look at some of the stickies in this section and have a look around Youtube for tutorials on what RGH and JTAG are and how to make them.

I remember when I wanted to learn a few years ago, it took me a few months to get to grips with it all but once you do it sticks with you forever
