How a lot of people are modding the new doc vehicles are because they go to single player and use the special vehicle option, (right on the dpad) and they then store that vehicle in the garage, you will have to empty your garage before doing that so there is room to place the car. When you have all the cars in the garage you then save or quick save. You then take your flash drive over to your save editor and open up that save, the vehicles in the garage will come up with numbers, those are the cars, they will not come up with the name in the editor you have, you can add anything you want to the car from there, I don't know what numbers are what cars but some will be negative and some positive numbers, but that is a way to get them into single player to get them into multiplayer without having to buy the car, assuming you have enough money for paint and stuff like that.
