you need to know what parts you are putting in to work out the size psu you need

100% true, and also i wouldn't go cheap on a power supply.
And he's not. That PSU he has linked is of a very high quality and comes with a 5 year warranty.

I dont want to build a brand new PC i just want to game thats why i only brought a GPU but now i need a new PSU!!!

What GPU did you get? I doubt your build would still need more than 450w, but it would be good to know what GPU you'd be getting.
