Yes, I tried and tried and tried on another apt earlier. Doesn't work. I bought the $400k apt and I'm doing it with ease now.

How , what am i doing wrong?

I do exactly the same as explained , i even invested 1m to buy a new adder , i worked once , now i only get the message that i can't sell a car that's worth more than 50k?
