If you smoke but do cardio (I swim) you should be fine man. I am at least. Not saying your lifespan won't go down because it probably will, but still. I feel great. As if I'm not even smoking.

youv nothing to worry about, i too crack my bones and my doctor told me ill be fine that the myth 'cracking bones or knuckles leads to arthretis' is simply a myth

my bad habit is cannabis dont think u can say w..d on this but yeah i found it amazing and it is but when i cant get any its so hard to sleep and eat

Gave up smoking about 2 years ago.. I Smoked for 6 years and was having a very bad cough and chest pains and got freaked out and thought it was something serious so quit cold turkey.. What i would quit now most likely would be staying up late i can never do anything since i am always on a bad sleeping pattern.. No matter how hard i try to switch it i always end up going back to it :/
