Looking for help, I bought FIFA 14 digital download for the xbox one, Ive said xbox use code an typed in the 25 digit code but with no luck it says code not recognized. Is this the way to enter digital downloads or am I doing it wrong? Or faulty code

I would try the code again just in case you made a mistake of an, o,0 -or- b,8 -or- anything like that then call Microsoft and receive assistance from there if that didnt work

If you bought it from xbox one marketplace it should be in ur queue. Not a code idk where you got a code from lol
