How do I reset it like it was brand new. Cause my PC is to slow ( on a windows 7 )

You can click the start menu, type in the word 'restore', and then go from there... Probably not the best way to do it, but if you're not computer savoy then it would work best for you!

If you have the Windows 7 install disc, there is a format tool built in to the installer.

You need a Windows 7 disk first of all.

If you do not have one, burn one to a DVD.

After you have one, follow the tutorial below.

If you still have the windows 7 disk you can just format the hard drive so it's basically brand new, just reinstall Windows and your good to go.

You can do a factory reset, no disc needed.

I do it all the time. Find out the key to tap at boot and from there it's simple.

MAKE SURE TO BACK UP FILES NEEDED.
