I have the hard drive plugged in and it is set as the boot drive. I have UEFI BIOS. I turn my PC on it flashes the ASUS Screen then go to the Starting Windows Screen and then after 45 sec it flashes a Blue Screen then my PC turns off.

Sounds like Windows actually got corrupt somehow because it finds the hard drive and boots, but then fails.

Well I have tried to boot it and then when it does not work I just put my hard drive back in to my old pc.

What bit was your old one? If its 32 bit than Windows is complied for 32. If your new one is 64 than it wont work

My Old pc was 64 bit and my new pc can do both I would suspect.

If you want to use the installation of Windows that's on the drive from your other PC, you need to prepare the installation to work on a completely different system by clearing everything out of device manager. Your Windows key should be tied to the motherboard of the other PC, so you will need to activate again or transfer the key if possible.

To prepare the installation, using the old computer do the following:

0. Remove any manufacturer software and/or drivers

Option 1 (Easy):

1. Press Win+R
2. Paste "%windir%\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe" and press enter
3. For the "System Cleanup Action" drop-down menu, select "Enter System Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE)"
4. Check the "Generalize" box
5. Press OK to work the magic

Option 2 (Tedious):

1. Press win+R, type "cmd", and press enter
2. Run "set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1"
3. Run "start devmgmt.msc"
4. When Device Manager opens, go to the view menu and click "Show hidden devices"
5. Remove everything in every drop-down menu.

The install is now ready to be used with a different computer because hardware info has been reset. After doing either of these, you can use the installation with a new computer or change hardware such as the CPU or motherboard.
