Also what is it exactly? I have heard that you "trade" items from your Xbox. I am interested in knowing what it is.

You can only do it every few months

It's were you can play downloaded games on a different console on a different account to the one the games were downloaded on

You can transfer all of your purchased games, add-ons etc. So it is quite useful.
