Not great with weazel plaza apartment.

When I found this out, I figured it worked a lot better with 400k apartment as I used to own weasel plaza

if people fail at step 6 ( when you call your mechanic while your'e 2 front wheels are in the garage ) , just hover over the rebel , than just hit gas a little , press a to order the rebbel and hold gass.

This works for me and this gave my the option to sell it for full price.
