Recently bought cod ghosts on the marketplace but ended up getting a refund for it. It still gives me the option to install it, would I get banned or something if I did?

I doubt it. Back on 360 this happened to me a few times with some arcade games, and I've still not gotten any punishment. This was about 3 years ago.

Unsure, probably wouldn't get banned if you wouldn't get caught. If you get caught maybe. Correct me if I am wrong anyone I won't be mad. Chances of getting caught for this would seem to be slim.
