I won a auction on a game. I received the game it has a few scratches on them ( I didn't think nothing of it) so I started to play the game for like a hour. it was working fine so I decided to take a break for like 20 minutes and got back onto the game and it now says unreadable disc. is it the game or my console? I also want to remove these scratches.

My local GAME Offer a disc cleaning service, if you can't find one you may need a new game.

For a temporary fix, clean disc with a cloth and put a tiny blob of tooth paste on your finger, rub it in on the disc making sure to cover all scratches with a thin film of toothpaste

Best thing to do is probably take it to a local game shop, doesn't cost much and if the scratch isn't really severe it should bring it back to basically brand new condition

I've heard 2 methods, using toothpaste or a banana.
Have not tested, not sure if it works.

no but if you were to go to the video store and hire the game that has the scratch on it and install it to your hard drive then the game should work
