Will it be playable - No.

You'll need an upgrade.

Assuming that PC doesn't have a dedicated GPU. So, no. I don't think you'll be able to play it at a playable framerate.

It will start up but it will be way too laggy to play.

I'm surprised you can run a browser on that thing.

Yes, you'll need an upgrade. Big time. I mean ,I suppose MW2 would run...if you're okay with 10 frames per second on 800x600 resolution.
