Build, keyboard and a monitor. The monitor may look bad but I have used one and honestly, it's not that bad.

Are you UK or US(or elsewhere)? A budget of 350GBP or 350USD? You won't get a great PC with that budget, regardless of your location. Especially when you need a monitor and a keyboard as well as a PC for 350. Also, will you be building it yourself or are you wanting a custom PC that has been built for you?

Okay, I have attempted this but I'm not use to putting together cheap builds so it's obviously not that great. Someone else might be able to help you get a better build for your budget and to anyone reading this, if this build is bad, point it out and correct me.

This doesn't have a monitor but you can probably just use the one that Gigahertz has linked you, if you could find a little extra cash.
