I just recently ordered an hd pvr 2 gaming edition and I have a question.
The pvr runs through hdmi unless you use the component splitter it comes with, I play on 2 different tvs and that requires me to move my 360 frequently. I have a turtle beach headset that I want to continue to use but I'd like to not have a jumbled mess of chords. So I was thinking, is it possible to use the hdmi for audio and the component for video? Like say I set the pvr up with hdmi and then plug my component wires into the back of my xbox to use just audio, is that even possible?

It is possible to do but the only thing is that the component cable has a piece which blocks the HDMI from being connected to the back of the xbox.
