I'm having trouble trying to unlock mods for my guns on the PS3 can somebody give me advice please on what to do

I hope someone can figure that out. I was able to get all the armour and guns unlocked. Was also able to get the 9 masks I wanted, but wasn't able to figure out how to open the weapon mods. Tried multiple things with no luck so I gave up. Easiest thing to do is to spam jewelry store on normal. You can get a card in about 40 seconds by yourself.

I have updated the thread, i have been getting a ton of PMs lately on people getting errors when using the PS3 editor so i added thebisnac's quote to explain. So thanks to him for posing that. If you want to see it read the red spoiler near the top of the thread.

If you are using this version of the editor.... [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] then it's very easy. Once you have your save file loaded in, click on the game save editing tab. After that, on the bottom right hand side there should be a button that says "add to inventory", and right above that is a name of a mask. I believe by default it always starts with "gag ball". Just click on the mask name and then it will open up a list you can scroll through. Select the one you want and click that add to inventory button. You can have a maximum of 9 since that is all the inventory can hold in the game.

The only other thing that you will need to do is, once you are in game and you go to your masks after using the editor it will show all the masks you added as being "equipped" so it could say you have 9 masks on at once, but you can't select any individual one to wear. What you have to do at this point is select a mask that you don't really care for (I usually make one of the 9 that I add not really one that I want) and add the default Plastic material to it that you start with and finalize it. After it's finalized it will only show that one mask as being Equipped. Now you can where any of the masks you inserted into your save.

Another thing as well, not related to the mask inserting. I highly suggest not clicking on the "Max" button in the game save editor. If you click on MAX it will permanently max out everything in all the skill trees leaving you unable to respec. I know you are probably thinking you won't need to respec because dominating in every way is fun as hell, but one of the trophies is to have 10 skill points across each tree. Clicking the MAX button bypasses this trophy. Also, just thinking ahead if any DLC comes out that will require additional skill points, if you have clicked that MAX button, you will not be able to spend any of the billion skill points you have.
I entered in 1500 skill points manually and then once in game I aced everything out. It only takes 580pts to ace all of the trees. I just did 1500 as a buffer in case something new comes out that I need the extra points for.
