Hi All.

I'm looking for a phoenix. i know their spawn points and have been server hopping the docks for a while now with no luck. i don't want to dupe it really because i want to keep its value pure rather than just selling its upgrades if/when i do decide to sell it later on down the line.

If anyone has Phoenix's spawning in their lobbies or know more common locations of their spawn. please let me know.


(the phoenix's thast spawn in missions are no good. if you are not aware, you are not allowed to store mission surplus cars anymore.)
