I've been playing clash of clans for a while, and I realized I made a lot of mistakes early on. I spent my gems stupidly and I didn't build things up right. I want to start fresh, but I tried restoring my phone, making a new gamecenter, deleting the app, and nothing has seemed to work. Does anyone have an account they can give me that is blank? I would really appreciate it

I think it's linked to your gamecenter account you need to make a new gamecenter account and/or itunes account.
