I need to resize an image for printing it will be printed the size of 1500cm x 1253cm
when resize the image and increase the resolution to 150Dpi.The file becomes a psb of 18gb. 2gb when flattened.
If I just increase the resolution to 700 and save it a jpeg will it lose quality when printed?

you're always going to lose quality when scaling an image. even more when you save for Jpeg. To be honest the best thing I could suggest would be to scale it and make sure you're scaling it properly. (Correct units, DPI, etc.) 18gb sounds WAY too excessive. Most work I do is 1920x1080 or larger and is never even close to 1gb
