Are they resetting the ranks of people who got it early? Thats gonna be pretty gay if I get the game tonight and theres people that are like 30 or 40 already.

They won't be doing that either. It's a skill based game, so no matter the rank, it doesn't make you 'better'. You still have to use skill and tactics to get the kill.

There are 3rd Generations on PC already

No. Ranks and XP will NOT be reset when the game officially releases.

No they will not be resetting legit ranks. If it was on a bootleg copy it will be reset and banned.
