Fancy: CHanges the general or certain color of anything in your phone.
Accelerate: Speeds up all animations.
Alkaline: Changes battery indicator.
Animer7: changes messages animation pop up.
Barrel: Swipe animations
CallBar: Makes it so you can take phones calls and still have the same app open.
FolderEnhancer: Makes folders way better.
SimplePasscode Buttons: Erases passcode buttons so there blank.
Swipeselection: Its hard to explain but its easier to edit text.
SleepFX: Sleep animations can be diffrent aswell as wake animations.
GroovyLock: Basically Intellix 7 but diffrent.
Cydelete: Delete cydia apps like there ios apps.

I could go on and on but yeah you get it lol.
