It is ok, but if you went custom you would save a lot of money

The specs line up properly; 6300, R9 270X, RAM and HDD..but it's obvious you were using a pre-building website. You're always better off straight up buying the parts individually and building it yourself or taking the parts to have it built for you (which might cost $50-100).
