Every time I click something, a new window pops up with ads. Ads are everywhere on my browser. I even have adblocker, it's blocking 14 right now.

I heard that it's severe weather reports, I installed that from installing that GTA V save editor a long time ago. When it first came out.

Can anyone help me to get rid of these pesky ads?

Run a anti-malware program and an anti virus. If they don't sort it, try reinstalling the browsers it happens in.
