Have you installed the patience app?

Did you purchase the upgraded faster internet?

Is there any reason why you didn't buy the disc?

No, unless you would like to buy a new internet package. Downloads off of the xbox one marketplace are extremely slow. I suggest going and playing another game for a bit then come back in a few hours.

You seem very confused. Every Xbox One has the same amount of RAM, which is 8GB. RAM doesn't affect download speed in any way, not even slightly. You might have meant hard drive space, but even that doesn't affect your download speed.

The only way for it to download faster is to either turn off all devices using your bandwidth that aren't needed, or upgrade your internet package by calling up your ISP.

For some reason the Xbox One takes forever to download off of the marketplace.

The One marketplace servers aren't all that bad. I get about 3MBps from the One servers, which is only a tad bit slower than what I get on Steam which is about 3.3MBps. The 360 servers are horrendous. It takes easily 3-4 hours to download a 6GB game which would only take about an hour on the One or Steam.
