For anyone who is trying to mod there singlplayer and/or put single player cars into multiplayer this is the tool for you.

This tool will allow you to mod singleplayer completely and get never before seen cars that you can put into multiplayer

Is this not the tool that everyone has been using since Hazard first released it? Can vouch though it is definitely a helpful tool. Might wanna link the 1.0.12 version.
