Well i'm looking to verify my PayPal account but theres a problem. I'm 14 and don't have a bank account, and my mom is paranoid saying no way she will add hers. I know PayPal is safe but my mom won't be convinced. So i'm here to ask is it possible to verify your PayPal account with a [Free] Virtual Bank Account. I've Tried NetSpend but didn't work. As well as Bancore but you can't use a US number. so if it's possible do you know any sites ?

I believe you can only use Bancore if you are an American. Just ask your parents if they will put their credit card on the account.

But the US Number doesnt show up its only Canada
