theres a plugin that can change ores/ingots to blocks if you have the right amount of ores/ingots whats it called

I'm kind of confused what you meant... That's part of default MC?

Anyway, look up FastCraft. Perhaps that may be what you are looking for.

no like eg you dig up nine iron ingots then you have a commands which you do /block and it changes the nice iron ingots to a block without a workbench

I can't think of any particular plugin like that off the top of my head.

A solution, if you can't find a plugin for it, would be to allow players to use "/craft", this removes the need to find a workbench.
