The Parts i'm thinking about changing on my PC are the following...
AMD FX-6300 -> i5-4670k
ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS -> ASUS MAXIMUS VI GENE
EVGA GeForce GTX 760 -> EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2-Way SLI.
Tell me what you think of this upgrade Tell me if I should change anything like the motherboard to a cheaper price or cpu whichever. The CPU company i'm going with is Intel so no AMD CPU's. The reasoning behind this upgrade is that I need a stronger CPU for CPU intensive games like Rust, DayZ, ect... since they aren't optomized very well yet. My Budget is $800 so go ahead and tell me your opinion on my upgrade choices and if I should change anything to what you guys think is better.

It will be better to get one better GPU than 2 as SLI can cause some issues with drivers etc.

The CPU is a great upgrade the i7 would be complete overkill for gaming.
And as Terrabytez said your much better of getting 1 good graphics card than sli 2 decent ones, if you invensted a little bit more in graphics cards you could afford a gtx 780.
You may want to consider adding a ssd in there at some point to.

if you went with the one gpu option it would be pointless getting that motherboard as its a complete overkill.
the total of this build is: $979.96 (sell your 760)
you could get this but first you would have to sell your current gpu (your 760)

well 2 760's are better than the 780 in multiple games and i'm spending close to $400 of cpu and mobo so i dont really have any other options. I will get the 780 if possible but as of now i'm getting the 2nd 760

I have a i5-4670k and a GTX 770. They run every game perfect. All core speeds.
I think it wold be better if you were to get a 770 with the i5-4670k.
Dual GPUs are really complicated at times and aren't compatible with a lot of games.
A good motherboard would be a MSI Z87-G45. It is good with high clock rates and stays cool.

Source for the complicated dual gpus.
My friend has 2 GTX 760s and he has so much problems with them.
They heat up fast, they are really hard to set up with a lot of games, some games he gets lower fps like BF4 and much more.

That is in the games that work with SLI. There are an insane amount of driver issues with 2 cards it is unreal. and annoying as heck to deal with. mate o mine has 2 760's and he regrets it. He wishes he got a 770/780

Selling the 760 and going with a single card will let you keep your current PSU, not worry about SLI compatibility, not have to dissipate another card's heat in the same case, and you don't need a motherboard that does 8x 8x. If you're not going to overclock, you don't need an aftermarket CPU cooler and you can get a Xeon 1230 V3 (which is a cheaper i7 4770 without an IGP) for about the same price as the 4670K. You could also save a lot of money in this case by getting a cheap B85 board that will do everything you need.
If you want to do SLI 760s and/or overclock, that changes things.
