No it does not, the whole website is out of codes since there was a lot of people using bots to get codes, since the website is out of codes no one can get any until they restock.

Doesn't work for me, it says "Ops! Looks like there's a problem with some of your info." i've tried different zip codes and different dispostable emails but haven't tried a real email though but what i've read here it seems to work with a dispostable one.. Can anyone help? would really like to have some gold membership to play with my friends ;D
