anywhere in gta online when i use my phone the mechanic option just isnt there and ive been trying to do the money glitch but i cant since the mechanic option isnt in my phone, just wondering if anyone else has this issue?

Hmm ive tried turning off console and everything, hopefully mine just fixes itself also
