It could be a fault with the GPU or Motherboard. But also try to update the drivers.

Potion wrote Those are called artifacts, i would recommend doing a clean install of your GPU drivers. If that doesn't work than i would contact your PC manufacturer about the problem.

this is what I've did. It's been working fine but I use an Ethernet and it's not auto installing the driviers so I can't really download the other drivers, other wise thanks for the help.

Since I have updated my drivers, it has fixed the problem so it may also help you too.

Artifacts are are usually caused by bad drivers and dying GPUs. If you've already updated your drivers, and made sure none of them are conflicting, you'd check if you're still under warranty. If you are, I'd suggest RMA'ing your card back to the manufacturer to get a replacement/fixed.

i updated the driver's and i no longer have 'artifacts' but now i have these strings that start from the top and go to the bottom, ive tried playing minecraft which had strings from the top. recommend me to do anything else?

It turned out to be an issue with having broken drivers, so as others have suggested, perform a clean install of all of your display drivers.

That's still artificating. Sounds like your GPU is dying to me.
