Plz help me on the hazard save editer i rlly need help

i get back on with my save and the car isnt there . what do i do ??????

Put a car in the garage you wish to mod the car into
Walk outside and QUICKSAVE
Open the save on the Save Editor
Edit the car you wish to take online
Put your device back into your Xbox and load the save you edited!
Then Youtube how to bring cars online after the 1.11 update

ive tried still wont work lol always puts that car that i put in there back in the garage
