The person that's modding the HotKnife needs to have the Collectors Edition! If they don't it wont spawn in the SP world!
You also need to CE. If you somehow get the car into your garage it will be invisible and it wont drive back in * need to drive out a car and back in for it to spawn back in your garage*

What's your GT? I have it. It will be invisible in your garage as you don't have the CE though
