Can I iso mod it since it is on a usb and u could change stuff in the game on your computer?
Like injecting the iso files into the game on my computer

simple answer no to iso mod you have to have a iso disk unless you have a iso disk like lets say pnf v3 if i installed it on a usb i could take that usb any where and a waw disk and play the iso mods do you get what im saying

You do NOT need an RGH/RJTAG/JTAG to host and make iso disks , HOWEVER , You do need to either hot swap or flash your drive.
