Ok first off I want to make sure that you know that the Titan is a production card, not a consumer card.
Secondly depending on your budget/games you play I'd get a 780 ti because it won't be out of date for ~3 years. No need for the 790/ti

You don't upgrade to a new gen just because they have more raw power, you know.
Also, the only real option you have for a upgrade is a 780/ti or a 290x.

Definitely do NOT go for a titan its pretty close to the 780ti in performance only thing is it has 6GB memory instead of 3 plus its 300 cheaper, if i were you i would go for a 780 or 780TI if you wanna spend the money (which i don't think you need to for duel 1080.)

GTX 780 Ti is better, the titan uses a reference cooler which is poo and gets very warm. If you get a 780 Ti you should look at the following versions;
EVGA GTX 780 Ti ACX Cooler
Gigabyte GTX 780 Ti GHz Edition
MSI GTX 780Ti GAMING, Twin Frozr IV
