im changig from talk talk to bt and it is all sorted and will switch over on friday. but it seems like my internet has gotten worse since talk talk found out i was leaving. is there anything i can do or do i have to put up with it?

Try contacting talk talk and inform them that your connection is messing up, they should check the speed of your router and 'send information' to it to speed it up. If this does not work for you then I would just advise you to reset your router regularly and not be connected to the internet on any devices I'm your home as this May influence the speed of your connection.

Talk talk are known as a bad internet provider though, I am with virgin media and they are really good

I am currently with talk talk and it's slow as hell. If I or anyone else in the house goes on to youtube, my xbox lags to hell.
